Short answer
If Lancer skipped a job — it judged it unsuitable, or you simply want to bid on something it didn't — you can still apply to it from the Dashboard's Recent Leads table.
How to do it
Go to the Dashboard and find the job in the Recent Leads table. Use the status filter to show "unsuitable" / skipped jobs.
Click to open the lead drawer and generate the proposal (the same generation you get in Test Mode).
Once the proposal is generated, the Schedule Bid button becomes available — use it to send the bid.
Prefer to bid yourself? Just copy the generated cover letter and submit it manually on Upwork.
