Short answer
Invite teammates and control what they can see under Settings → Team. There are three roles.
Roles
Owner — full access to everything, including billing, team management, and connected accounts.
Manager — access to everything except team management, billing, and connected accounts.
Setter — focused on closing: access to the Inbox and Pipeline only. Ideal for a salesperson handling replies without touching your campaigns or billing.
Inviting & managing teammates
Open Settings → Team.
Invite a teammate by email and pick their role.
You can change a role, remove a member, or resend / revoke a pending invite anytime.
