When you reject a job—whether from the Discord server, Leads Overview page, or Leads Queue—the job is moved to the Rejected Jobs tab.

Where to Find Rejected Jobs

  • Each campaign has its own Rejected Jobs tab for campaign-specific review.

  • You can also view all rejected jobs in the global Rejected tab that is campaign-agnostic, aggregating rejections from all your campaigns.

Workflow for Handling Rejected Jobs

  1. Use the Rejected Jobs tab as a log for jobs you’ve dismissed with reasons.

  2. Review your rejection reasons carefully for patterns (e.g., “Don’t work with DTC brands,” “Exclude Meta ads”).

  3. Update your Knowledge Base by adding these patterns to the “Projects I Avoid” or other relevant sections.

  4. Test your updated Knowledge Base in Test Mode to ensure these jobs are now automatically disqualified.

  5. Repeat this process regularly to continuously improve job qualification accuracy.

Why This Matters

  • Rejection notes act as feedback to yourself for Knowledge Base refinement—they are not direct feedback to Lancer’s AI.

  • Refining your Knowledge Base prevents wasting connects on unsuitable jobs in the future.

  • If you run automated bidding with quick proposal sending (e.g., within 5–10 minutes), having an accurate Knowledge Base is critical for saving connects on poor-fit jobs that you cannot reject manually in time.
