You can get a campaign's updates in a Telegram chat with the Lancer bot, or in a team group. Setup takes one click and a press of Start.
Connect Telegram
Open your campaign and go to the Notifications tab, then find the Telegram card.
Click Send to me to get notifications in a private chat with the Lancer bot, or Send to a group to pick a team group and add the bot to it.
Telegram opens with a one-time link. Press Start (or add the bot to the group).
Go back to Lancer. The card updates on its own and shows Connected. The chat is linked to the campaign and notifications are switched on.
The link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, click the button again to get a new one.
Manage it
Notification Events: use the switches to choose which campaign events send a Telegram message, the same events as for Slack and Discord.
Send test message: sends a test to the linked chat. If it fails, check that the Lancer bot is still in that chat.
Unlink: stops Telegram notifications for this campaign.
Reuse a chat: if your organization already has a Telegram chat connected, pick it from the Select a Telegram chat dropdown instead of linking again.
Good to know
Telegram messages include link buttons that open the lead in Lancer. You can't approve or decline a suitable lead from Telegram; use the Leads Overview page, Slack or Discord for that.
The bulk-edit notifications sheet covers Slack and Discord only. Set up Telegram per campaign.
If you don't see a Telegram card on the Notifications tab, Telegram isn't available for your account yet; contact support.
