Reading your dashboard (and how to refresh proposal data)

What the new dashboard shows, how data freshness works, and how to trigger a manual proposal-status refresh.

What the dashboard shows

The Dashboard is Lancer's full-funnel analytics view — both outbound (proposal funnel) and inbound (profile reach) in one place. Use the date-range picker and bidder-account filter in the header to scope everything on the page.

The dashboard is available on a premium plan.

Dashboard sections

  • KPI row — New Conversations (outbound replies + inbound total), Inbound (invitations + DMs), Replies & reply rate, and Time Saved.

  • Performance chart — toggle between Outbound (sent → viewed → replied funnel over time) and Inbound (profile views, invitations, DMs, and boosted-profile impressions/clicks; boost metrics are hidden automatically if you don't run profile ads).

  • Recent Leads table — full lead history across all campaigns with status filtering, job-URL search, CSV export, proposal signal badges, and a detail drawer. Status chips deep-link into the Inbox.

  • Invitations table — every client invitation across all connected bidder accounts, with auto-bid indicator and inbox deep-links.

  • Breakdowns card — performance split by Campaigns, Cover Letters, and Bidder Accounts tabs.

Data freshness & refresh

Proposal outcomes (viewed, replied) come from Upwork's proposal-status sync, not in real time. The header shows a Last synced timestamp so you always know how current the data is.

To pull the latest outcomes now, click the circular-arrow button next to the timestamp. A sync typically takes 2–3 minutes. Once complete, dashboard numbers refresh automatically.

After you trigger a refresh, the button stays disabled for 15 minutes (the cooldown prevents sync spam). Hover the button to see how long until it's available again.

Looking for queued bids?

The Lead Queue page (sidebar link) shows jobs currently waiting to be bid on. Leads expire automatically 72 hours after the job was posted.
