How the Pipeline (CRM) works

Track every client conversation as a card through customizable stages, with deal values, tasks and CSV export.

Written by Ivan Nedelkovski

Short answer

The Pipeline is your built-in CRM. Every client conversation from the Unified Inbox becomes a card you can move through stages — so you track deals from first reply to won, without leaving Lancer.

Stages

Cards move across columns like New → Follow-up → Qualified → Meeting arranged → Proposal sent → Won / Lost (plus Archived). You can customize the columns to match how you sell — rename, add, or remove stages.

Deal value & tasks

  • Set a deal value on a card to track what your pipeline is worth.

  • Add tasks with due dates so follow-ups don't slip — overdue tasks are flagged.

  • Export to CSV for reporting or your own analysis.

Inbox and Pipeline together

The Inbox is where you read and reply to clients; the Pipeline is where you track where each deal stands. See Unified Inbox + CRM (how it works).
