Payment failed — why your campaigns paused and how to fix it

A failed payment pauses campaigns; update your card via Manage in Stripe and resume.

Short answer

If a subscription payment fails, Lancer pauses your campaigns so nothing runs on an unpaid plan, and you'll see a payment-failed notice on the Billing page. Update your payment method and your campaigns can resume.


How to fix it

  1. Open Settings → Billing.

  2. Click Manage in Stripe and update your card or payment method.

  3. Once the payment goes through, restart your campaigns (Campaigns → toggle them back on).

Common causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank declining the charge. If it still won't go through after updating your card, message us.
